ABOUT US
Condor, Inc. was established in 2002 to focus on the construction and renovation of commercial aquatic facilities, and is now considered one of the top commercial pool builders in California. Our founders each have over 30 years experience in the industry and have successfully completed all types of aquatic projects including competition swimming pools, recreational aquatic facilities, water and play parks, municipal swimming venues, hotel and resort pools and fountains of all shapes and sizes. A sampling of Condor’s projects include the renovation of the USC Daland Swim Center; the building of the Long Beach Convention Center 2004 Olympic Trial Pools; the renovation of the Annenberg Community Beach House Pool in Santa Monica, a historical landmark; the building of the City of Banning’s Aquatic Recreation Center; and the Shumway Fountain centerpiece of the USC Hahn Central Plaza.
